The location IS central , providing easy access to attractions.
The room was quite dated and showed signs of needing refurbishment. Stains marked the bathroom door , and the walls was worn. I found the lack of a CURTAIN on the window disruptive , as morning light flooded the room very early.

The staff was helpful. They provided great directions and recommendations. The location is unbeatable. It is close to main attractions and public transport. i particularly appreciated the proximity to shops and restaurants.
i noticed slight wear in the hallway carpeting, but it didn't affect my stay.

This location is amazing (especially with the Grand Place view!). The staff proved very friendly. The room was spacious with chairs and tables. This helped a lot with suitcases. Breakfast is free, and the food exceeded my expectations.
I noticed some wear and tear on the facilities. I also found the walls were very thin. I could hear noises from other rooms. This was a slight inconvenience .

I found the location really good, right in the heart of everything. the staff was genuinely helpful. my room faced the grand place. The christmas light show was visible from my window. breakfast took place at a cafe across the square, nice.
The room felt somewhat spartan. It could use some art or color.

The hotel's location is central, right on grand palais. I could easily walk to brussel centraal train station within five minutes. the reception area looked warm and inviting. The check-in process was quick and simple, with friendly staff.
